Digital identity card with QR code and a handshake
SOLUTIONS

Digital IDs, organisations and e-government

Every record ProperTrust issues can be checked by anyone, anywhere, without trusting ProperTrust: the hash is in Bitcoin, the code is on the paper, the content stays with the issuer. That makes it a fit for registries, membership organisations and identity programmes that need proof to travel.

Personal ID card with QR code

Digital IDs and credentials

Issue licences, memberships, diplomas and attestations as verifiable records. The holder shows a QR code or a verification code; the checker sees issuer, validity and status. Ready to act as a verifier for the Swiss E-ID and the EU Digital Identity Wallet as they roll out.

General assembly in a boardroom

Organisations

Minutes, resolutions and member votes recorded clause by clause, signed by the officers, anchored and distributed as editions. Associations, cooperatives, boards and DAOs get a register that outlives the people who kept it.

Land register extract with digital verification block

E-government

Register extracts, permits and certificates printed with a verification code. Citizens, banks and courts check authenticity online or by scanning; the authority keeps full control of the content and can revoke or supersede a record.

E-GOVERNMENT

A municipal registry issues verifiable extracts

Situation: a residents' registry issues 40,000 extracts a year on paper; banks and landlords call to confirm them. Solution: each extract is generated with a ProperTrust verification code and PIN; the hash is anchored the same day. Result: a bank clerk scans the code and sees issuer, date and integrity in seconds; phone confirmations drop to a handful per month; forged extracts are detectable because the paper no longer carries the proof, the record does.

ORGANISATION

An association holds its general assembly online

Situation: 300 members, votes by show of hands, minutes typed afterwards and disputed later. Solution: agenda items are published as clauses; members acknowledge them, vote, and the officers sign the minutes clause by clause. Result: a bundle anchored in Bitcoin with every vote and signature timestamped; each member holds an edition; a notary confirms the record on request.

DIGITAL ID

A professional body verifies licences

Situation: a chamber licenses 8,000 practitioners; employers and clients ask whether a licence is current. Solution: licences are issued as ProperTrust records with a code on the certificate and in the member profile; revocations supersede the record. Result: anyone checks a licence by code without calling the chamber; the practitioner's public trust profile shows the credential next to their identity level.

INDUSTRY

A manufacturer protects a pharmaceutical batch

Situation: a producer of a high-value biologic faces counterfeits in two export markets. Solution: each batch is registered, each pack carries a unit code; pharmacies scan on dispensing. Result: a second scan of the same code in a different country raises an alert; distributors see which batches are genuine; the batch register hash is anchored and auditable.

LEGAL

A law firm standardises client agreements

Situation: engagement letters, NDAs and settlements drafted from scratch, signed by email, archived in folders. Solution: the firm keeps its letterhead, clause presets and disclaimers in ProperTrust and sends agreements from library templates; clients sign clause by clause. Result: every agreement carries the firm's letterhead, a verification code and an anchored bundle; the forensic export answers who signed what and when.

EDUCATION

A school issues diplomas that employers can check

Situation: diploma fraud and slow verification requests from abroad. Solution: diplomas are issued with a verification code and anchored; graduates share the code or their trust profile. Result: an employer in another country checks a diploma in one scan; the school answers no verification emails; the proof remains valid even if the school changes systems.
