Documents that prove themselves.
ProperTrust turns contracts, certificates and evidence into verifiable records: encrypted with you, hashed and anchored in Bitcoin, signed clause by clause, and checkable by anyone with the QR code on the paper.

Register and deposit
Upload a document or build an agreement with the assistant. It is hashed and encrypted with its own key. Only the hash ever leaves your vault.
Invite, read, sign
Parties join by link, acknowledge every clause, and accept. Each step is timestamped; the bundle is anchored in Bitcoin and every party receives an edition.
Verify anywhere
Every PDF carries a QR code. Scanning shows existence, integrity and signature status; with the PIN, the wording itself. No account required.
What ProperTrust certifies
Digital certificates
Share certificates, diplomas, extracts and attestations issued with a verification code and an anchored hash. The paper and the record prove each other.
Agreements
Contracts from the assistant or your own templates, signed clause by clause with timestamped acknowledgements. Parties can accede by invitation while the round is open.
Timestamps and prior art
Deposit ideas, drafts and evidence. The SHA-256 is committed to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps and can be verified independently of ProperTrust.
Product authenticity
Register products, batches and serial numbers. Each unit carries a code; a scan confirms origin and batch, and repeated or misplaced scans flag counterfeits.
Identity levels
Email, payment card, government ID and completed business add badges to a public trust profile. Counterparties see what you proved before they sign.
Automation and API
Your shop, CRM or bot creates agreements from library templates: when a customer buys product X, contract X goes out for signature.
Anti-counterfeiting and batch verification
The same proof chain that secures a contract secures a product. A manufacturer registers a batch; every unit, pack or certificate of authenticity gets a ProperTrust code. Pharmacies, customs, distributors and buyers scan it and see whether the unit is genuine, which batch it belongs to and whether that code has already been scanned elsewhere.
- Pharmaceuticals and medical devices: batch and serial checks against counterfeits and grey imports
- Luxury goods, spare parts, art and collectibles: certificates of authenticity that cannot be copied without detection
- Documents and publications: originals registered before release, so plagiarism and forged copies are provable
Clause by clause, in your language
Signers see the agreement one clause at a time and confirm each with "read and understood". A built-in assistant explains any clause in plain words in the reader's language. The explanation is informational; ProperTrust does not give legal advice.
Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Esperanto, Chinese and Japanese.
Each Party is liable for damage caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence without limitation. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months…
For firms and notaries
- Letterheads with your logo, fonts and footer blocks
- Own clause presets and disclaimers in every document
- Notarial confirmation of the record (Switzerland) on request
- Forensic export: who signed what, when, with which identity level
What a notary can confirm
A Swiss notary can confirm that a document with this hash was registered and that digital signatures were recorded on a given day. That is not a public deed of the transaction itself, and ProperTrust says so clearly. For most agreements it is exactly the proof you need.
